The location of the apartment is perfect as it’s just 10 min walk from the old Medina, market as well as from the beach. All the best restaurants, cafe are located near by, you will have no problem with a taxies;) Residential complex itself is situated on the large inner square with access to the restaurants, coffee shops with local and international cuisine and also to supermarket Marjane ( which located under the square). Inside the residential complex you will find a private swimming pool (which is open only during the summer). Train station is just 10 min away by taxi, city port is 5 min by taxi, airport is about 20-30 min. About the apartment First of all the front door has a keyless lock. Apartment features are : full equipped kitchen, living room with a divided dinning and sitting areas, 2 bedrooms with comfortable king size as well 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms ( one of them has a bathtub). terrace with amazing view to the old Medina. Oh, you should see the sunset from this balcony, it’s just breathtaking. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, boiler, coffee machine, fridge, stove and oven and everything else for you to cook a home meal.
