The airport is easily accessible from our property, it is a short 40 minutes from either of the Bangalore airport terminals & we have Uber access to our property. This listing is for the first floor, not the Entire Villa. The space This listing is for the entire first floor for our property. The first floor has three extra large master bedrooms, one family room and a viewing deck with a balcony running all around the floor. So you can have balcony access, no matter which room you are staying at. All the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and an additional bathroom for emergencies is available on the ground floor, it is a tiny powder room. We can arrange special surprises, birthday parties and private proposals with advanced booking. The entire property can be given for an intimate wedding, we have recently hosted weddings too. Please reach out for special arrangements, whether it's an anniversary or a special day. Guest access Guests can access the entire first floor, the terrace and the garden space. Kindly keep in mind that this is a family home and not a hotel, so requesting guests to maintain the space accordingly and enjoy their stay. The ground floor houses the primary kitchen which is not accessible to our guests. The private first floor is equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle and microwave safe utensils for your use. You can avail the services of our in-house cook or Zomato (delivers to the doorstep) in case you want curated meals. We also welcome our guests to bring their food along and our staff will be happy to heat it up for you and provide you to ample cutleries. Other things to note We provide home cooked meals at an additional cost. Breakfast - INR 300/person Lunch - INR 400/person for veg & INR 550/person for non-veg Dinner - INR 400/person for veg & INR 550/person for non-veg These costs are for a very basic menu and anything additional will be charged extra. We can also arrange and set up Barbecue at an additional cost. Please note, since we are a homestay, all our prices are at MRP and we source everything locally. We serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, but we first check with our guests on their preferences. Children under the age of 10 will be charged at 50% less. Alternatively, there are plenty of restaurants and food joints from where we can arrange delivery, we can share the menu in advance. There are five star properties at a short distance of about 20 minutes drive, so you can also go to Prestige Golfshire or JWT for a meal.
