Each bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom, and there’s an additional powder room on the ground floor for emergencies. We also host intimate weddings and private events with advance booking; including décor, arrangements, and surprises tailored to your occasion. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private first floor, the terrace, and the lovely garden area; perfect for enjoying your morning tea or an evening stroll. As this is a family home and not a hotel, we kindly request guests to treat the space with care and enjoy its warm, homely atmosphere. Please note that the main kitchen is located on the ground floor and is ONLY accessed by our staff for in-house cook services. However, the first floor is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave-safe utensils for your convenience. If you’d like to enjoy freshly prepared meals, our in-house cook would be happy to assist with advance notice. You can also order food via Zomato, which delivers right to the doorstep. Guests are welcome to bring their own meals as well and our staff will gladly warm them up and provide all the required cutlery for a comfortable dining experience. Other things to note For overnight stays, we can accommodate a maximum of 21 adults. Larger groups are welcome for day trips or private events, but overnight bookings must follow this limit. As this is a farm property, only our staff members live on-site, and the host visits over the weekends for upkeep and maintenance. Since the kitchen is not operational full-time, we request guests to share their meal preferences at least 24 hours in advance. This allows our team to plan and source everything fresh, and same day or last-minute meal requests may not be possible at all. We kindly request guests to observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM. During this time, please move music indoors and avoid screaming, shouting or hooting outdoors, to help maintain a calm and peaceful environment on the farm. There are no restrictions on gathering and casual conversation outdoors. Guests can also request bonfire and barbecue setups with prior notice; a lovely way to spend your evening under the stars.
