Before arrival, you'll receive a four-digit access code for the lock. The property is secured with a gated entrance. Other things to note PETS: Pets are welcome for a $75 fee per pet. Only pets disclosed at booking are allowed. Please keep them with you and under control at all times — they shouldn't roam the property unattended. SMOKING: No smoking inside the unit. Evidence of smoking results in a $250 fine. CHECK-IN: Standard check-in is 4 PM. Early check-in at 2 PM is available for $50 when the schedule allows. Bag drop-offs can sometimes be accommodated — just ask. CHECK-OUT: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Late check-out until 12 PM is available for $50. No chores required at departure — just relax until it's time to go. PROPERTY CARE: Please treat the space with care. Excessive cleaning needs or damage may incur additional fees. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. HOUSE RULES: Following our rules keeps the experience great for everyone.
