The space Situated in Pico de Loro Cove, Hamilo Coast, Nasugbu, Batangas, Casa Yayo is a 45-square-meter, air-conditioned condo unit that comfortably accommodates four guests, with a maximum capacity of six. Located on the fourth level of a PWD-accessible condominium building, the unit includes: ☑️ A well-equipped kitchen, suitable for light to moderate cooking, with essential appliances and cookware — includes a fridge, microwave, two single-burner induction stoves, rice cooker, one saucepan, one frying pan, one Dutch oven, cooking utensils, dinnerware, and a water dispenser (hot and warm only; two pitchers provided for cold water) with free 5-gallon mineral water. However, a 7th guest may be accommodated if they are 11 months old or younger. Guest access Entrance fees to Pico de Loro are not yet included in the booking rate. These one-time fees, valid for 1 week, must be paid upon registration. Endorsed guests will have access to Pico Beach (please note that this is separate from the members-only Beach Club) and the Country Club amenities. A 20% discount is available for Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) on the entrance fee, upon presentation of a valid OSCA ID or any government-issued ID with date of birth for Senior Citizens, or a PWD ID for Persons with Disabilities. OPERATING HOURS The operating hours for Pico Beach and the Country Club Pool are as follows: ➖ Pico Beach: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Daily) ➖ Country Club Pool: Weekends: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM (Schedules are subject to change without prior notice.) REGISTRATION POLICY Registration hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily at the Country Club Reception. ➖ If you arrive during registration hours, please register at the Country Club before checking in to the unit. ➖ If you arrive outside registration hours, you may go straight to the unit and register when it opens. ➖ No registration, no wrist tag; no wrist tag, no access to amenities. (All guests should wear the provided wrist tag throughout their stay to enjoy the facilities. A replacement fee will apply for lost or damaged wrist tags.) Other things to note ➖ Pico de Loro is a cashless zone. All transactions can be made via credit card, debit card, or e-wallet. (Entrance fees may be paid in cash.) ➖ Free shuttle service within the vicinity. ➖ The beach is only a 5-minute walk or a quick shuttle ride from the unit. ➖ Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. ➖ Tap water at Pico de Loro may appear slightly yellow at first. Just let it run for a bit and it will clear up. ➖ Grilling is not allowed anywhere inside the condo building. ➖ Please refrain from cooking food with strong odors in the unit. ➖ No pets allowed. ➖ Kindly bring your own towels and toiletries, as these are not provided in the unit. ➖ The rain shower is currently unavailable in our unit’s bathroom but the handheld shower and water heater are both working properly. ➖ For short stays of up to 7 days, the provided sheets are intended for use throughout your stay. Mid-stay linen changes can be arranged for a fee. ➖ DIY decorations for special occasions are welcome, as long as they can be easily removed and won’t cause any damage to the unit. ➖ Please do not place hot cookware on the monobloc table in the balcony as the heat may cause the surface to warp or melt. EARLY CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT REQUESTS Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and come with an extension fee per hour. This helps cover the extra time and resources used beyond the standard schedule, including any time that may need to be blocked off before or after your stay. The fee can be paid via e-wallet only.
