A couple, children in elementary school or older, and grandparents can all stay comfortably together in a quiet 12 tatami-mat living room and 3 bedrooms. The house is located in a quiet residential area, 13 minutes on foot from Urawa Station. It's about 7 minutes by taxi and costs $4. Urawa Station has 4 lines (JR Keihin Tohoku Line, JR Tohoku Main Line, JR Takasaki Line, JR Shonan Shinjuku Line). It is very convenient because you can directly access major spots in the city. (Ueno 21 minutes, Ikebukuro 19 minutes, Tokyo 26 minutes, Shinjuku 25 minutes, Shibuya 31 minutes) 7 minutes directly from Urawa station to Omiya station. The Shinkansen is available from Omiya Station, making it convenient for sightseeing in various parts of eastern Japan. The area around Urawa Station is a beautiful and refined city. There are also many restaurants and convenient shopping. My house has 3 private bedrooms & 2 toilets, making it ideal for long-term family stays, a base for sightseeing in Tokyo, a relay point for trips to Japan, and a perfect place for workations. (The entire second floor is a private space for one group only.) This is a somewhat retro house that was built 39 years ago. [Bedrooms] There are 3 private bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. ・ 10-tatami mat Western-style room: 2 double beds 　- It's an open space with large windows where you can enjoy a refreshing morning. ・ 6-tatami mat Japanese-style room: 2 double beds 　- A calm and luxurious Japanese-style space. ・ 4.5-tatami mat Western-style room: 1 double bed 　- It's a great space for enjoying private time. Living Room There is a spacious 12-tatami living room where the family can gather and relax together. - Sofa - Dining table for 6 ・ 2 stools ・ TV (terrestrial, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, YouTube, Disney Plus, all available) * Netflix is ad-free and unlimited! Free parking is available for vehicles up to 4 m long and 1.8 m wide. (Compact cars can be parked.) If you come by a larger car, we're sorry, but you won't be able to park in the free parking lot on the premises. There are several paid coin-operated parking lots within a 2-3 minute walk, so we can direct you to one of them. It's a quiet and calm neighborhood. There are many restaurants near the station, but there are few restaurants near the house. Other things to note ★Kindly note★ About noise We are located in a quiet residential area. There are also people living on the 1st floor, so disruptive noise, parties, and loud voices outside are strictly prohibited. In particular, noise is prohibited from 20:00 pm to 9:00 am, and if there is noise, the police may be dispatched.In the unlikely event of a neighborhood problem, we will charge a separate security deposit of 100,000 yen in addition to the victim. Please have a quiet and relaxing time at the inn. Non-smoking and fire are strictly prohibited All of our accommodation and the premises (including the entrance & veranda & exterior stairs & parking lot) are non-smoking. In addition, please refrain from smoking around the building, as it may cause inconvenience to the surrounding people. If you smoke cigarettes (including electronic cigarettes), we will charge you 50,000 yen as a deodorizing fee. There is a smoke detector in the room. Smoking It is not suitable for people in the house, so I would recommend another Airbnb. [Building Facilities] Because it is a 39-year-old building, the hot water supply is not up to date and the temperature control can be unstable at times. In addition, when you drain the hot water from the bath, water may temporarily accumulate on the floor of the shower area.Don't worry, it will be drained naturally in a few minutes. [About air conditioning] The living room and 10 tatami bedrooms are difficult to cool in the summer because of the sunshine. The Japanese-style room and the 4.5-tatami Western-style room have good air conditioning and is cool. I hope you can make the most of the four air conditioners and cool the entire room. [Absolutely no shoes] Shoes are strictly prohibited in our accommodation.Please be sure to take off your shoes at the entrance. [About Children] We do not have facilities for preschool children.The inn is on the second floor up the outside stairs, but the outside stairs are steep and difficult to carry strollers, so we recommend using it from children of the age who can go up and down the stairs alone.
