The house is located in a quiet residential area, 13 minutes on foot from Urawa Station. It's about 7 minutes by taxi and costs $4. Urawa Station has 4 lines (JR Keihin Tohoku Line, JR Tohoku Main Line, JR Takasaki Line, JR Shonan Shinjuku Line). It is very convenient because you can directly access major spots in the city. (Ueno 21 minutes, Ikebukuro 19 minutes, Tokyo 26 minutes, Shinjuku 25 minutes, Shibuya 31 minutes) 7 minutes directly from Urawa station to Omiya station. The Shinkansen is available from Omiya Station, making it convenient for sightseeing in various parts of eastern Japan. The area around Urawa Station is a beautiful and refined city. There are also many restaurants and convenient shopping. My house has 3 private bedrooms & 2 toilets, making it ideal for long-term family stays, a base for sightseeing in Tokyo, a relay point for trips to Japan, and a perfect place for workations. There are many restaurants near the station, but there are few restaurants near the house. If you are interested in recommended restaurants, please feel free to ask! Other things to note ★ Important ★ About noise The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. Since people live on the 1st floor, we strictly prohibit nuisance activities such as noise, parties, and loud voices directed outside. In particular, noise is prohibited from 8 pm to 9 am, and the police may be dispatched if there is noise. In the unlikely event of a problem with the neighbors, we will charge an additional 100,000 yen in addition to the security deposit to the victim. Please enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. No smoking or fire No smoking in the house or anywhere on the property (including the entrance, veranda, outside stairs, and parking lot). Please refrain from smoking around the building as it may cause inconvenience to those around you. If you smoke (including e-cigarettes), we will charge 50,000 yen as a deodorant fee. Smoke detectors are installed in the room. This house is not suitable for smokers, so we recommend other Airbnbs. Building facilities Because it is an old building built 38 years ago, the water supply equipment is not the latest, and occasionally the temperature control may be unstable. Also, when you drain the bath, water may temporarily accumulate on the floor of the shower area. Please understand that it will drain naturally in a few minutes. About the air conditioner The living room and 10-tatami bedroom are difficult to cool in the summer because of the good sunshine. The Japanese-style room and 4.5-tatami western-style room are easy to cool with air conditioning. I hope you can maximize the power of the 4 air conditioners and cool the entire room. Absolutely no shoes Shoes are strictly prohibited at this accommodation. Please be sure to take off your shoes at the entrance before entering. About children This accommodation does not have facilities for preschool children. The inn is located on the second floor up the outside stairs, but the outside stairs are steep and difficult to carry a stroller, so we recommend using it for children of an age who can go up and down the stairs alone.
