The space MAIN HOUSE - Accessible by stairs ENTRANCE HALL/JACUZZI: The entrance is made through the indoor jacuzzi area, with views of the garden. It has an interior shower and access to the kitchen/living room area and stairs accessing the bedrooms. UPPER FLOOR BEDROOM 1: Modern, minimalist décor in beige tones, with a queen-size bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a charriot for storage and a side chair. Bed linen and towels are provided. BEDROOM 2: With two single beds and two bedside tables with lights. Spacious built-in wardrobe and vanity unit. It has access to an exclusive work area in the corridor which can be closed with an opaque curtain. Bed linen and towels are provided. WC 1: With shower tray, toilet and vanity unit with mirror. EXCLUSIVE WORKING AREA: Located in the corridor between the bedrooms, it has a panoramic view of the property's garden. It has a work chair and socket connection bridge. BEDROOM 3 (SUITE): Spacious and with views over the valleys of Óbidos, it has a super king size double bed, two bedside tables with lighting, storage furniture, a charriot and a hanging swing. There is also a fireplace in the bedroom. WC 2 (SUITE): Accessible from inside bedroom 3 (suite), it has a shower tray, mirror, toilet and vanity unit with washbasin. GROUND FLOOR KITCHEN: Equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare your finest meals. It has a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, air fryer and microwave. The fridge is American-style and has a freezer. The kitchen island has an electric hob, extractor hood, oven and dishwasher. LIVING ROOM: Living area with sofa, SMART TV (channels and internet included) and fireplace. In this area you can also play the piano. WC 3: Service bathroom with toilet and washbasin. Accessible from the living area. DINING ROOM: Square table with seating for up to 8 and views of the garden.
