The Cacau Chalet/Bungalow is part of Espaço Tempo, a new lodging, surrounded by Atlantic forest and on the edge of the stunning beach. The accommodation consists of 3 other chalets, a spacious common room with a kitchen, hammocks, sofas and a large garden with coconut trees. To make your stay even more comfortable, you can order breakfast during your stay. Located just steps from the beach, this is the perfect getaway to enjoy your vacation in Bahia in an unforgettable way! The space Naturally ventilated by the sea breeze, the chalet/bungalow offers the comfort of a delightful queen-size bed adorned with an elegant canopy mosquito net, soft and fresh cotton bedding, providing a restful sleep, and includes bath and beach towels, as well as carefully selected local handmade amenities. For the hottest nights, the chalet/bungalow also has air conditioning, ensuring absolute comfort. It is worth noting that sleeping to the constant sound of the forest mixed with the gentle breaking of the sea waves perfectly complements the experience of the stay. The bathroom has a good shower with hot water, ideal for a relaxing bath after a day at the beach. Last but not least, a hammock on the balcony is a must for your days off. Housekeeping takes place every other day and the linen is changed every 4 days. Sun umbrellas and sun loungers are available for guest use on the beach. Get ready for a complete experience. Guest access In addition to the private chalet/bungalow, guests have a large outdoor area of 10,000 m² at their disposal, surrounded by the lush Atlantic Forest. The lounge, a common space, is perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation. Here, you can indulge in a good read, savor the delicious breakfast prepared with care by Dona Maria (extra service), or simply relax in one of the hammocks or sofas, immersed in the peaceful atmosphere of this cozy social environment. All this to the soft sound of the waves and caressed by the sea breeze. Right in front of the lounge, guests can light the floor fire and marvel at one of the clearest and most starry skies in the world. If the moon is full, don't miss the opportunity to contemplate its majestic sunrise from the beach, accessible through a private gate on the property. Other things to note The central hall has a full kitchen for the exclusive use of our cook Maria, who can be hired to make breakfast, lunch and dinner for a daily fee (to be agreed upon). The area has its own parking, gardening services, a caretaker and a maid to clean the common areas, that is, you will find a space prepared to provide a welcoming stay. The hosts are constantly working on improvements: at the end of 2023 the property's structures were completely renovated, maintaining the charm of the original features of the massaranduba wood construction. Our roof, when viewed from above, is shaped like a bird. We are strategically located 40 minutes from Ilhéus Airport, 20 minutes from Itacaré, and 5 minutes from downtown Serra Grande.
