You will be walking distance from most of the city’s highlights such as: Teatro Colón, Palacio Tribunales, Av Corrientes, Congreso de la Nación, Obelisco, Cementerio Recoleta, Av Santa Fe, museums, etc. Restaurants Cafeterias and Fast Food all around. Short subway rides to Casa Rosada, Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo, Palermo, Belgrano. The apt. Is very clean and comfy 2 flat Tv, one Smart, Tv cable Netflix and high speed internet and Wifi, Bose Bluetooth Music Speaker. A full size open Kitchen state of the art, with all appliances including a dishwasher and a washing and drying machine, and everything you may need and more! Air conditioner cool and hot. An XXL King Bed 2x2 mts A full sized bed 1x2 mts and a rolling twin bed Large Closet with shelves and hangers. Clean white sheets and towels are provided. The modern bathroom with shower and bath tub for relaxing, bidet and towel dryer, we provide showers gel, shampoo and conditioner, soap and also make up towels. The apt is in the 2nd floor in a racionalist building of 9 floors, an open big antique elevator is available. Pharmacy, 7 days open supermarkets, bakery and convenience stores will reach you as soon as you step away the building!! You have plenty of bus lines to go around. Metrocards SUBE are available for your convenience, you can fill everywhere’s. All fees are included, complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, salt, Olive oil and Aceto. PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES CHECK IN CHECK OUT Remember that the entrance time is from 15 to 21 (after 9 pm and until 1130 pm we apply a fee of 30 U$S) Departures are from 7 to 10am, if you need to leave between 11.30pm to 7am we also apply the 30 U$S fee) Please coordinate arrival and leaving time 24 hours before. The schedules are FLEXIBLE as long as there are no other guests coming or going on the same day, we coordinate it 24 hours before, in this case we DO NOT APPLY FEE. You can stay until 7pm. IMPORTANT If you want to Insurance an early check in in the morning or a late check out, for a fee of 40 U$S, the schedule will be set because we block the day before or after. This is complimentary to your booking, because we are really loosing a day but winning a guest!!! ;) so be aware this only applies whenever is possible, it means there are no guests who booked before you coming or going the same day, you will know just looking the calendar!!! LUGGAGE We can keep your luggage for an extra 20 u$s fee. Remember this will apply wherever there are other guests coming or going, otherwise you can stay in the appartment FOR FREE until 7pm. Cristal Wine Glasses are available if you broke one you will be charge 15u$s each DO NOT Remove make up or shine you shoes with towels, you will be charge for new ones in this unlikely case. TAKE CARE of Teflon Pots and Pans!!! As proper utensils are provided if you scratch them, you will be charge for new ones in this unlikely case. We encourage a Sustainable Behavior, so we will ask to turn off the lights, air conditioner, tv, and specially the radiator when you are out of the property, so we save energy!!!
