Villa Shete Eight This beautiful new villa (delivered in August 2024) is located on the enclosed resort in Cas Abao. Upon entering this villa, you will immediately be caught off guard by the amazing view over the turquoise blue Caribbean Sea. The space After this spectacular experience, you will be flooded with the one after the other luxurious details of this villa. This refers to, for example, the tastefully furnished kitchen and the spacious living room with very high ceilings. In a snap, you can conjure up the entire living room/kitchen and the covered terrace to 1 large space. This will make indoors and outdoors indoors. The nearly 9 meter wide sliding door can be easily opened and then disappears between the walls. Adjacent to this space is the teak sun deck with comfortable sun loungers. In the large infinity swimming pool of 10 meters long you can enjoy wonderful laps overlooking the Caribbean Sea. This place is seen as the beating heart of the villa. This place will probably be most used by you too. You will never want to leave. In the pool there are also 4 ledge loungers with side tables. These lovely lounge beds are partially underwater, making you feel like you're in a 5-star hotel, especially in combination with the sublime sea view. Villa Shete Ocho is located in such a way that you are completely private. No view from the neighbors and stunning views of a fantastic landscaped tropical garden. On the porch there is a comfortable lounge sofa and a large dining table. Where you can enjoy a delicious dinner or grill with a different sunset every day. The open kitchen is full of conveniences. Double combi microwave/oven, dishwasher, Quoker (boiling water from the tap), American fridge with ice maker and cold water. Living room has a TV with all NL channels and US channels, but also Spanish channels. Internet is fast and good everywhere. There is also a workspace in 1 of the bedrooms. Connected to the living room is the hot tub. When the sun goes down, it may be too hot on the porch. You can then retreat to the patio with a hot tub. Here it is always cool. Through the corridor you enter 3 master bedrooms with all en-suite bathrooms, 1 guest toilet and laundry room. Wake up in the master bedroom that overlooks the pool and the sea. Shower while facing the sea. How fantastic is that? Master bedroom 2 overlooks a private en-suite outdoor garden equipped with an outdoor shower. But not feared if it rains, you can also use the en-suite tastefully furnished indoor bathroom. Master bedroom 3 is equipped with 2 showers, 1 outdoor shower. All beds are box spring king size and the master bedroom is extra kingsized. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and A/C. In the master bedroom there is a large walk in closet for all your clothes. There is a safe in each bedroom. In bedroom 2 there is also a smart TV. We can assist you with booking a rental car, excursions, a photographer, a chef for your breakfast, lunch or a delicious dinner. Feel free to ask for more details about these additional options. These options can be added. The price includes 10 kwh of electricity per person per night and 2 m3 of water per person per week. If you are about this amount, you pay the same as we pay to the electricity/water company. Guest access You can go anywhere in the laundry room, however, there is a locked closet with private stuff. Other things to note To respect everyone's night's sleep, there are silence hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. It's not allowed to fly drones over the resort. This is due to the privacy of the residents and our tenants.
