Enjoy a stylish but cozy cottage that is over 100 years old. Totally renovated with most modern conveniences, at this centrally-located place near downtown. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, Beach Front Park, the light house and the Harbor. All within walking distance. This is one of the oldest districts in Crescent City with craftsman style and Victorian houses. Charming. Bring your bikes, we have some great bike paths. The space The house is on the front portion of the lot. We have not gotten to the back portion yet. We will eventually place another unit back there, but you have your own fenced, and private back yard and a huge back porch. Guest access The front door has a smart lock. During your stay your personal code will be the last four digits of your phone number. Other things to note We love dogs, but we ask that you have one dog only. If you have two small dogs we may consider. Thanks. Sorry, no cats, camels, elephants, or livestock!
