The space We have a fully stocked kitchen, a private oceanfront balcony with lounge chairs, we provide linens, an outdoor pool, private parking, access to a state-of-the-art gym, we have two queen size murphy beds as well as two large sofas. There is a room divider between the two beds if needed. There are oversized glass sliding doors that face the ocean providing the best views of boats & dolphins going by. Mostly owners stay at our resort therefore it is well maintained. There is parking for one vehicle on the property. Our rentals are Saturday to Saturday: 7/20-7/27, 7/27-8/3 and 8/3-8/10. Guest access You will have exclusive use of this unit. You will have one parking space available for your vehicle. The is a laundry room where you will access to with your room key. We have a pool for only guest stay at our resort. Our rentals are Saturday to Saturday: 7/20-27, 7/27-8/3 and 8/3-8/10. Other things to note Our management office is available on a 9-5 basis. Our staff is friendly and accommodating to any needs you may have. There is a daily towel exchange, where you can bring your towels down between 9-11 and exchange any towel you would like to update.
