The space The apartment is newly refurbished with high quality materials and a stylish eye for detail. It is situated on the second floor of a three floor building. There is a lift/elevator and a set of stairs to access the second floor. The living space is one level. The living room and kitchen area is open plan making it a sociable area for cooking and chatting with family and friends. A modern glass dining room table can be used for dining or re-purposed for working. The island features quartz stone that adds a luxurious feeling to the kitchen area. All modern appliances are fitted behind a bright slimline decor. Two breakfast chairs offer convenience dining at the island or to simply enjoy a drink while chatting and cooking. Two bedrooms are located along the spacious hallway. The master bedroom contains a king sized bed, an en suite bathroom with a brick effect wall tiling and a large rain shower feature. Fitted wardrobes provide ample space for clothes and coats. The second bedroom offers a double bed and sleeps two. The main bathroom is designed as a mini spa with luxurious tiling, soft lighting and a bath & rain shower providing a relaxing oasis. Artwork is found throughout the apartment for guests to enjoy. Other things to note On a general note, we wanted to let our guests know that Donabate is an area undergoing significant development and improvement. Once a small rural village, it has expanded to become one of Dublin’s Up and Coming areas for development and expansion. Donabate’s close proximity to Dublin airport is one of its biggest advantages. Our apartment is situated right beside the train station which is another advantage that makes it an attractive place to stay for working or city breaks. There are apartments being built adjacent to the Gallery development. A new Aldi store has just completed about 5 minutes from the development. Additionally, one of the local pubs is expanding. If you go to the beach, you will notice some construction of new apartments on the left hand side of the road beside some of the golf resorts. The outside of the Gallery building experiences blemishes from time to time, between cleaning cycles, due to the climate in Ireland and the age of the building. The inside of our apartment is modern and newly renovated.
