Two queen beds and one twin, all with newer mattresses, and the option of a fourth bed in the room that currently serves as our office. (This would bring the maximum occupancy to seven.) Living room includes new couch and new 50” smart tv with multiple streaming services. Large eat-in kitchen with separate pantry includes a big table, newer fridge, vintage Wedgwood gas stove, new Bosch dishwasher and plenty of cookware. Large dining room with table that seats six. New master bath with hand-made tiles in shower/bath plus another half-bath. Laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer. High-speed internet and WiFi throughout house. Exterior features include a fenced yard, shaded front porch with seating, small patio in rear, mature avocado, orange, fig, tangerine, persimmon and apricot trees, and numerous flowering plants. Five-minute walk to bus depot and express bus to UCSB and five blocks to freeway entrance for ten-minute drive to campus. Or take the bike path. Five-minute drive to SBCC.
