Welcome to our one-bedroom apartment, located in sunny and peaceful Pedregalejo, a beach community in Malaga. It is located 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, and you can easily take a bus to the center of Malaga. There are restaurants, cafes, parks and grocery stores within a couple of blocks, so there are many amenities available a short walk away. The space The apartment was completely refurbished within the past year and includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living room, so the apartment can easily accommodate 4 people. There is also an interior patio with a washing machine. The apartment is very private, with its own gate and entrance. It is technically considered a guest house, but the main house and the apartment are separated by a locked gate and there is no access between the 2 units when the gate is closed (it is locked at all times). The apartment has a shaded courtyard, where you can sit outside. This space may also be used as parking for the main house. You will be able to park. for free on the street. There's usually plenty of spots on the streets surrounding the house Guest access The entire apartment is available for guest enjoyment. Other things to note If you have any children accompanying you, please let me know. We are very child friendly! If you need anything specific for your stay, feel free to check in with me and I will assist as best as I can. You may send me messages in English or Spanish, whichever is your preference. Please note: There is a school across the street from the apartment. I mention this simply to make guests aware that they will most likely hear children during the school day.
