Greenways Room with Hot Tub

Treat yourself to a relaxing Hot Tub break in a lovely village location in rural Nottinghamshire close to many local attractions. Greenways is located in the quiet village of Upton, Nottinghamshire home to the Museum of Timekeeping and Southwell Workhouse. Greenways is close to many other major tourist attractions including Sherwood Forest, Clumber Park, Rufford Park, Southwell Minster, Newstead Abbey with the cities of Lincoln and Nottingham within 45 minutes drive. The space The room has its own bathroom, parking and private entrance with fenced off private garden. Although the room is attached to the main house, it is completely separate with its own entrance from the outside. You do not pass through the main house or share any facilities or garden space. Outside there is a small patio and outdoor hot tub for the exclusive use by guests. Please note that smoking is not permitted at all either inside or the grounds of the property. There is a television with Freeview and free WiFi is also provided. There is a kitchen sink, microwave, toaster and kettle along with a selection of crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is also a small fridge freezer. Please note there is no hob or oven in the kitchen. A hairdryer is provided. Please ask if you need an iron and ironing board at anytime during your stay. Up to two dogs are welcome but we are unable to accept cats or other animals. Please note, we don’t accept some breeds of dogs. We now have a hot/cold dog wash area for muddy dogs and boots. The bifold doors can be fully opened to create a lovely space which flows seamlessly to your own private garden area. Guest access Guests have a dedicated private parking space and go through a separate gate to access through the bifold doors. Guests have sole use of a Hot Tub, fenced off garden and patio and en-suite bathroom. There are no shared spaces and guests have direct access from outside in to the room without passing through the main house. Dogs must not be left in the property alone for any duration. During your stay We like to welcome our guests and show them around and how to operate the hot tub, bifold doors etc. A key safe is available for guests to use if we’re not around. We will always be on hand to help if required and contactable at the same address or by mobile. If any issues arise we want to help resolve immediately so guests can get maximum enjoyment out of their stay with us. Other things to note You have sole use of the Hot Tub which is included with your stay to use with no additional charges. Due to the hot tub, we are unable to accommodate any children under 12 years old. Dog friendly (up to two dogs) but cats and other animals are not permitted. Dogs must not be left in the property alone for any duration. Enclosed secure private garden for dogs. £20 additional charge to cover additional cleaning for pets. Sorry, we don’t accept Staffie or Staffie-cross breeds or dogs that are on the banned list including the XL Bully breed due to having our own dogs on site. Dogs must not be left in the property alone for any duration. Strictly no smoking or vaping on the premises inside or outside. Guests will incur a £100 fine should there be any evidence of smoking or vaping on checkout.
