This huge, vintage-style house is great for families or groups seeking a central, spacious base in Bangkok. It's on a quiet, well-lit pedestrian street, 2-minutes walk to the BTS Skytrain and 7-11. It has a leafy garden, a full kitchen, and a washing machine. All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. Walking distance to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. It's one-stop via Skytrain to the Chao Praya River. Easy access to popular malls like Paragon, Terminal 21, and Icon Siam The space Our house is situated down a small, well-lit pedestrian street. It’s convenient to access from the main road and the BTS skytrain, but well protected from the noise of the city. The front door is equipped with a code-operated smart lock, so no keys are required to enter the house. The house is located across two floors, with the kitchen, lounge room, and courtyard on the lower floor, and two large ensuite bedrooms, both with balconies, on the top floor. After entering the wooden gate, you’ll walk straight into our outdoor courtyard. It’s well protected from the sun with a leafy tree, and also has a fan, outdoor furniture, and lots of plants and ferns. From here you can enter the lounge room, which has a double sofa bed. A small bathroom attaches to the lounge room. Next to this, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, cookware, crockery, stove, oven, microwave, and drinking water purifier. You can reach the bedrooms via an internal staircase. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, lots of natural light, a sofa, balcony, bathroom, wardrobe, and a safe for your valuables. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, ensuite bathroom, balcony, sofa, and a smart TV. Outside next to the courtyard there’s a laundry area with washing machine, drying area, and washing powder / softener. Guest access Guests are free to enjoy the whole house. Other things to note Car parking: Parking is available near the house, within 1-2 minutes walk, and can be arranged upon request. Please provide advance notice of two days if you need this. The daily rate for parking is 200-400 THB per vehicle per day, and the final amount will be confirmed by request. The fee will be paid via Airbnb. Please note that parking is subject to availability, but we'll try our very best to help :) Amenities close by: 7-11 convenience store is located next to the BTS Skytrain station. ATM for withdrawing local currency is located at the BTS or inside the Thai CC building next door to the property. The BTS Skytrain is 1 minute walk away, and is a quick and cheap way to access popular spots around the city. Early check-in and late check-out: We’ll do our best to accomodate checking in early and checking out late, however this is subject to availability and may not always be possible. Fees are payable via Airbnb as follows: - 0-3 hours: free of charge - 3+ hours: half the daily rate.
