Chaçará Natureza Viva accommodates 24 people in beds and bunk beds, being one of the best in the region. Ideal for QUIET FAMILIES who enjoy nature in a cozy place. We have a complete barbecue grill, solar-heated pool, Solar, 400 Mb Wi-Fi and the Paraíba do Sul River in the backyard, 40 minutes from São Paulo and 5 minutes from downtown Guararema. We have 6 bedrooms, a 3-room living room with a fireplace, and a party room. Access is by paved and illuminated street. The Party Room has an extra fee for use. The space Located among the fully preserved Atlantic Forest right in front of the house, where there are monkeys and other smaller animals. In the background, we have the Parayba do Sul River, all preserved and with calm and crystal clear waters, and further in the background, beautiful mountains that make the sunset very special. The house is brand new, modern and very cozy with colonial-style furniture in the living room, a full kitchen and all the basic appliances in a good house. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living rooms, kitchen, and balconies. And in the Chalet next to the house, we have a large bedroom, type of accommodation for 8 people, and another smaller bedroom for 6 people and a living room and 2 bathrooms. For up to 10 guests, we only provide the main house and the cottage remains closed. We also have a barbecue with a pizza oven and a wood stove. The swimming pool has solar heating (it heats the water with sunlight, if the weather is cloudy or very cold, the pool does not heat up, it just breaks the ice, staying around 22 to 26 degrees), with a Jacuzzi and waterfall and ample parking for up to 10 cars. The farm is on the banks of the Paraíba do Sul River with grassy banks and easy access (for people with average mobility), as we have cement slab stairs to the river level. Other things to note 1) Party room available upon separate negotiation with the owner. We only accept small parties during the day, up to a maximum of 60 people, without loud sound or dancing. 2) All beds have BASIC SHEETS and PILLOWS. We don't have bath or face towels, pillowcases, blankets, or toiletries.
