The space This home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bath, all located on the same level. Guest access All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The garage is used by the owners and is not available for guests. Other things to note Welcome to The Lake Effect House nestled on the serene shores of Claytor Lake in Dublin, VA. The main level features an open-concept living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating for all your guests. When it's time to turn in for the night, retreat to one of the four cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding and plenty of storage. Located just steps from the lake, you'll have easy access to swimming, fishing, boating, and other water activities. Book your stay at The Lake Effect House today and experience the best of lakefront living in beautiful Dublin, VA. - Coffee Maker (Regular Pot) - Absolutely no parties allowed any parties will result in a canceled reservation and immediately being asked to leave. - Dogs are allowed but must be included on listing and pet fee must be paid. Limited to 2 dogs maximum. Dogs must be kept on-leash at all times when outdoors. - Pets allowed with additional $100 pet fee. - Do not run air conditioning with doors open. - At checkout, guests must remove sheets and duvet covers and place with towels in bathrooms. - Ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out. - Maximum of 3 Cars allowed and must park on driveway of house. Absolutely no parking on street. - Fireplaces are not to be used by guests. - Trash bins located near parking area by the road at the top of the stairs. -Propane (for grill use): 1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house. 2. If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill. 3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it. 4. We DO NOT provide propane refills. "As the spring and summer season is among us, you may see yard maintenance crews during your stay as they are on a schedule, they will not need to enter home and will be gone as quickly as possible" We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
