Our apartments are located directly on Bangrak Beach, 50 m to be exact. Bangrak is an area that is highly appreciated by tourists and long-term foreigners because you can get almost anywhere quickly. A beautiful sandy beach, many shops, bars and restaurants are located along Beach Road. Thus, no vehicle is necessary. Another highlight is that some of the most important piers for the ferries to Koh Tao, Koh Phangan and some other destinations are within walking distance. The space Your apartment is on the second floor of the house, right next to the shared couch area. The room faces north with a very large window. If you look to the left, you can see the sea. Since there are countless shops and restaurants right next to our house, we do not have a kitchen or kitchen appliances, but a small fridge with freezer is available. Right under the apartment you will find a great little cafe house. In the courtyard we have some non-reservable parking spaces. There is always room for motorbikes, but it can get quite tight for cars! Right in the courtyard is a newly opened beach restaurant with really very nice staff. There you can lie perfectly on the beach and be served. Prices are extremely low and the food is really very good! As a small thank you, we have the following services free of charge for you: # High-speed Internet # Shampoo and shower gel # Welcome drinks in the fridge In front of you are some well-known sights such as the Plai Leam Temple or the Big Buddha. Chaweng Beach is about 15 minutes away. The nearest 7-Eleven is about a 2-3-minute walk away. Nearby you can play tennis, golf, and other sports. As usual here, there are many ways to wash your own laundry or bring your laundry to a laundry shop, so we do not have a washing machine in the house! On the ground floor there is a vending machine for some important little things. Additional costs, details can be found in the House Rules. We can arrange a car or a motorbike and it will be placed right at your doorstep. Even if you need anything else, just ask us... excursions, shuttle service or a private island tour. Guest access The house has a main entrance in the courtyard for all 7 apartments. Through a sliding door you get to the 1st and 2nd floor of the house. Your room is number 121. There is NO reception! We will meet you personally at check-in and check-out. Other things to note Electricity is charged extra, The kWh costs 10 baht. (Standard is 8-12 baht) PLEASE try to conserve water! The island is unfortunately constantly suffering from a lack of water. Tap water is available free of charge but must not be drunk! For these costs and as security, we charge a deposit of 5,000 baht. From 14 nights a payment of 10,000 baht is required! This will be offset against the actual consumption at check-out. Final cleaning costs 1000 baht. If we need to do extra cleaning during your stay, we can gladly take care of this for a flat rate of 1000 baht. You are welcome to contact us at any time. (Fresh linens, towels, vacuuming and mopping of all rooms) This amount is always to be paid in cash and immediately. We can organize everything for you! Shuttle from/to the airport.
