Our check-in process is effortless and secure with our Smartlock and personalized keycode. Our checkout process is a breeze. 📑 We ask all guests to read and agree to our house rules prior to booking. I ask the primary booking guest to sign the rental agreement for the group and submit a credit card for the security deposit hold. This step must be completed to receive check-in instructions. This is NOT an extra charge! The hold will be released within 1-2 days after checkout as long as our house rules were honored and no significant damages were found (extra hot tub cleaning, misuse or missing bicycles, broken furniture beyond normal wear/tear, etc). For guests with multiple 5 star reviews, we may waive the need for the security deposit hold. For guests considering bringing their pet: While we are a pet friendly property, only dogs are allowed, with a max of TWO dogs per stay. We welcome well behaved dogs that are fully house trained. Guests must agree to abideby our pet house rules below. Extra pet cleaning fee ($250+) may be charged if evidence of urine is found inside the home or pet feces found inside and/or in the backyard. Pet House Rules: ◼Pets should not be left alone at the property unless guests are 100% sure he/she will not become anxious. Please crate if left alone.
