With large south facing windows allowing in natural light, Dishwasher, central air conditioning, private laundry, 55” Smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen including a keurig and built in microwave. Most every amenity we could think of is here! From board and video Games, to blankets & bathrobes. The stairs are in an entryway that is separated by a door from the main living area. This way you don't have to worry about your kids constantly playing on the stairs or deal with any annoying baby gates. WIFI - fast and reliable Disney+, and Amazon Prime TV accounts are logged in and ready to use. As well Xbox 360. There is not currently any live television (cable, satellite,antenna) This sweet suite is setup to feel like a home away from home for your traveling family. Guest access A Waterton National Park pass is available for your use. Spend the day hiking out in the beautiful mountains or just walk around the historic townsite taking in the views and nature. Waterton is only about 1.5 hours drive away. Complimentary use of this pass will save you $20/day park entry fee. There is a smart TV with a Netflix account & Prime TV account. Xbox 360 there to use with lots of games. Also available is a binder full of DVDs. If you are traveling with an infant or other young child, I can provide use of a play pen for sleeping or containment, oball stand up exersaucer, bouncer chair, bumbo, activity mat, or any other toys. It seems the smaller they are, the more big stuff they need. So let me provide it for you and save you some packing. We are close to many great parks and there are folding chairs you're welcome to take with you to use on outings. Other things to note Since this is a 2 unit home, quiet times must be observed between 9:00pm and 7am. Please try to keep music and the tv to normal respectable levels. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this. There is sound proofing insulation throughout. But unfortunately it doesn’t stop all noise. Please remember that you are in a basement suite so it's not 100% soundproof. But mainly the only noise you’ll hear is just some footfall / the odd stomp sound that transfer to the downstairs. I would say it’s more quiet than most basements. Voices and tv sounds don’t travel between units. Guests pets are not permitted in suite. Sorry that we can't accommodate them.
