Lake House w/Amazing views of the Smoky Mountains

Amazing Douglas Lake and Smoky Mountain views just minutes away from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Bring your family and enjoy the views of Douglas Lake with the Smoky Mountains in the backdrop in our comfortable lake house. Our lake house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep up to 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a Keurig, microwave oven, and toaster. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville. The space The Lake house has WiFi and a large living room. Also the back deck has beautiful views of the lake and Smoky Mountains. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms and a den with a pull out couch. There is a desk and monitor if you need to get some work done. while over looking the lake. Guest access Guests will have full access to the living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, and the 3 bedrooms along with both bathrooms. Other things to note We do not have direct access to the lake from the property due to the incline. There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood but it's only to launch boats and kayaks. We are also close to two marinas where you can rent boats and kayaks at a reasonable rate. Parking is limited at the lake house so large boats RVs and trailers would have to be stored offsite. There is a self-service storage about a mile away that has a daily rate. There is a step down tub in the master bathroom. Please be careful and if anyone has mobility issues please use the guest bathroom shower.
