Whitetail Haven, Cabin retreat in the woods

Our little cabin is nestled in the woods with various wildlife and plenty of space for outdoor relaxation. The location provides privacy, with the luxury of being close to all of the needs of town amenities. The wrap around porch, 1100+ square foot deck provides multiple sitting areas to enjoy the outdoors in addition to the cozy 2,000+ square feet of the indoor relaxing haven. Enjoy the spacious kitchen stocked with every basic necessity, and coffee or tea bar. The space 3/4 bedroom cabin on 78+ acres located a mile from city limits. The large wrap around porch adds to the already roomy living space, offering additional R & R during your stay. The home currently offers 2 queen beds (one is a Basset sofa pullout with added padding) 1 full (Murphy style) bed 2 twin beds 1 leather sofa couch 1 air mattress 1 playpen All equipped with appropriate bedding. 2 full bathrooms, one with tub the other with standing shower with teak shower chair. The coffee bar includes a Keurig as well as a drip 12 cup coffee maker. Complementary coffee and k cups provided, as well as sugar. The kitchen is equipped with basic needs such as spices, oils, flour, sugar, pancake mix, and even rice. Household condiments are provided and left in the refrigerator to use at your own digression. Both ceramic and plastic dinnerware is provided, as well as silverware in both plastic and metal. Household appliances such as hand mixer, toaster, slow cookers, waffle irons, are located in the kitchen and mud room. Multiple outdoor seating locations including porch swings and hammocks. Outdoor fire-pit located in backyard. Gas tabletop available on back deck at sitting area. Wood burning stove available during cold winter months. Guest access The house, gardens and deck. We have 78+ acres of woods and wildlife. A small pond is located on the lot, though it is currently difficult to access. No hunting allowed. Exploring the acreage is at your own risk. Atv’s are allowed. The garages and green house are off limits. Other things to note The Cabin is nestled a half mile in the woods, bringing the wildlife right outside our back door. No hunting is permitted. No groups or gathers, no events. Day visitors must be approved in writing prior to their arrival. Only those listed on reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Property is monitored by outdoor security cameras for property and guest safety. Additional fees will be applied or reservations will be cancelled without refund, if violated. Outbuildings including greenhouse, garage and shop are not for guest use, do not enter in, on or under buildings, as this is a violation to the rental agreement.
