Under The Tree is a charming homestay nestled in Thal, a serene coastal village located between Mandwa and Alibag. Just a brief 5-minute stroll from Thal beach, the property is situated approximately 20 minutes by car from Mandwa Jetty. Built in the 60's and recently renovated, this bungalow is surrounded by betel nut, coconut, and chiku trees. With a focus on privacy and comfort, we accommodate a limited number of guests, making it an ideal choice for small families seeking a tranquil getaway. The space The space Two Bedrooms with airconditioner , two Bathrooms, Living area with a Kitchen, Dining and Bar area and a dedicated work space. Kitchen can be used for basic cooking. Induction and microwave are provided. Outside : dinning area and a gazebo/machaan Pathway to walk around Parking Area one free parking inside premise and one street parking besides the compound wall. place is ideal for a small family of upto 5 members. ***Driver Cabin is available on request with an additional charge of INR 1000 Guest access Whole property, except the store rooms Other things to note The place is ideal for families. Its mandatory to provide copy of Government issued ID card by all the occupants age 18 years and above. Should be submitted before arrival. Food Can be arranged by paying extra to the caretaker , prior notice of atleast 5 hours before meal would be required. Food delivery app Zomato is also operational in the area. Other things to note No Drugs, No illegal substances, no smoking inside the property. No loud noise or music allowed anytime as the property situated in a village. No outside footwear inside the house, please use the shoe rack to leave it outside. ***Since the property is in a village area power outages or fluctuations can be common especially during monsoon, power backup inverter is provided. which would work for 3 hours on full capacity. AC's , Geysers, Microwave and Induction would not work during outage.
