The space The property is a 3-room apartment located on the 3rd floor with direct access from street level, without stairs and a shared entrance door with the apartment on the 4th floor. The apartment has a large west-facing porch with dining area and gas grill and the possibility for other outdoor activities. With direct access to Ulriken, the place's sauna is a possible attraction after mountain trips, but also after city hiking, sightseeing or a long working day! And last but not least, the location represents proximity to nature, river noise, silence and tranquility, despite immediate proximity to the city center and good bus connections. There is free street parking in the area and in case of high car density, the landlord also offers private parking at the address, if needed. A local grocery store is located within a 10-minute walk, and it is only a 15-minute walk to Ulriksbanen and Haukeland University Hospital. In addition, it is about a 20-minute walk to the nearest shopping center (Sletten) with a wide range of shops, including a pharmacy and the Bybane tram. The bedroom contains some closet space for storing clothes and personal belongings and also has a desk/workplace with good lighting and access to electricity/charging facilities. The place offers wifi, AppleTV and Sonos bluetooth audio system with 2 mobile devices (can be used on the porch, for example). A small mobile Sony (bt) speaker is also available and a Sony DAB radio with CD player is located in the kitchen. The large, west-facing porch with gas grill and dining area is a significant resource (in good weather) and also offers an integrated sauna with panoramic views - for those interested. The gate door (shared with apartment on the 4th floor) has a Yale code lock. The entrance door is accessed by key found in the key box by the door (code is provided upon confirmed booking - for both doors). NB: The gate door must ALWAYS be locked! Other things to note The gate door is operated with a code lock. The code is changed periodically and must be communicated before arrival. The entrance door is operated with a key located in the key box. The code is communicated together with the door code. The entrance key is always stored in the key box when the apartment is left and the gate door must always(!) be locked.
