Welcome to our spacious, comfortable, peaceful, and family-friendly house located in one of the peaceful and safe places in Helsinki. The house is located in Marjaniemi, around 10-12 minutes walk from Itäkeskus Metro Station. You can also get public buses from the station arriving near the house. The space The house is a five-bedroom property owned by a family who lives outside of Helsinki. They have made it available for short-term rental. Of the five bedrooms, one is reserved for the owner, leaving four bedrooms available for guests. Additionally, a few closets are also reserved for the owner. These closets are either marked as "no use" or locked, but there are still plenty of available closets for guests to use. The layout of the house available for guests is as follows: - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed and a workstation - Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed and a baby cot - Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds - Bedroom 4: 1 Single bed and 2 Bunk beds - Living Room 1 (Lower Floor): Seating for 11 guests and a Smart TV - Living Room 2 (Upper Floor): 1 Sofa bed - Dining Room: 1 Dining table with 6 chairs - Kitchen: 1 Dining table with 3 chairs - Outdoor Dining Area (Patio): 1 dining table for 4 people and chairs for 6 people. [You can bring the outdoor dining table inside if the indoor seating isn't sufficient, but please return the table and chairs to the patio after use :) ] - Full bathroom 1 (Upper Floor): Toilet, shower, washing machine, dryer and sauna - Full bathroom 2 (Lower Floor): Toilet and shower. Guest access Guests can use the entire property except for one bedroom, a few closets, the parking garage, and the outdoor storage rooms, which are all reserved for the owners. Other things to note Please note that this property belongs to a family who stays here from time to time. Most of the amenities are used by the owners themselves, so we kindly ask that you use them responsibly.
