Located on the 2nd floor of a 3-level newly built complex, this apartment has the size and feel of a house. Surrounded by nature our living room has floor-to-ceiling windows that show off an open yard filled with trees and greenery that make you feel like you are deep in the wilderness. The large trees provide shade and privacy, you wouldn't believe you're only a short walk from one of Berlin's busiest and most popular areas. The space The home has lots of natural light and is well split with a large entrance area that separates all of the rooms. The living area is split by a long wooden table (kitchen island) that is great for meal prep and entertaining. There is also a dining table that comfortably sits 4 and a baby/toddler high chair. There is a large couch and a huge projector/screen that can be connected directly to a Macbook. The living room provides access to a large south-facing balcony (sun all day). The balcony can also be accessed from the study/yoga room. The main bedroom has a very large double bed and a large window which ensures the room receives lots of natural light. A third guest can be included with a single mattress set up in the main bedroom or in the study/yoga room to create some separation. This is our family home, so we ask to be respectful of our space and our neighbors. Therefor no party or similar allowed.
