Channels 1–12 are included, and free Wi-Fi. 2 fixed beds with adjustable firmness in a separate bedroom. Double bed 160x200 cm in a comfortable fold-out sofa. Tiled shower with underfloor heating. Balcony in the southeast with a small Weber grill One parking space on the property is included. Only for a full week, December-August. The space In order to keep the price of our accommodation down, bed linen or personal towels are not included in the price because there are no laundry facilities in Marstrand. For foreign guests arriving by plane, we can offer sheets and towels for 25 euros per guest. If you wish to have this service, please let us know in good time We have a local housekeeper who cleans, repairs, replaces what is missing and makes sure that everything is in place after each visit. We therefore kindly decline offers of self-cleaning as so many other tasks are included before we can welcome a new guest. There is an additional cleaning fee of SEK 1,000 per stay. Guest access The whole house, patio and a parking space are included. The upper parking spaces on the property are allocated by the host unless otherwise agreed Other things to note To keep the prices down, we ask our guests to bring sheets and personal towels as laundry is very expensive in Marstrand.
