Pets must be toilet trained and not chew or dig The space Please note that the interior styling of this home has changed since the pictures were taken, however the house has the same luxurious feel to it with new and all modern furniture. Guest access This home is usually occupied by myself and my daughter however we do move out when it is booked. Therefore we do have our own personal items in wardrobes and around the house. My bedroom will be locked if not necessary to use. For a longer term stay if necessary we can make some adjustments. Thank you Other things to note 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available sleeping up to 8 guests if requested (plus potentially 2 single mattresses or dbl can be added to room). Pls note for bookings of up to 3 people, one bedroom and bathroom provided, up to 6 people, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom provided, and bookings of 7 plus can include 3rd b/room or additional mattresses. If an alternative arrangement is required in relation to bedroom access please discuss.Please note that access to the downstairs rumpus room is not committed for guests use but okay to walk through to get to the bedrooms. The main living area upstairs is sufficient. Please park on the street. Pets are allowed to stay but not permitted on the furniture. Pets must be toilet trained and not chew or dig.
