The cottage "le Bas des Poujades" is located in the heart of the Lot, between Sarlat and Rocamadour. Located on a plot of land with a view, the house offers an ideal surface for holidays with family or friends for 6 people. The quiet and not overlooked environment will allow you to recharge your batteries in the heart of a region rich in tourist sites (caves, troglodyte villages, castles etc...) The Dordogne river is less than 15 minutes from the house for swimming and canoeing The space Our completely new gîte was finished in July 2024. It is composed of a beautiful living room with bay window opening entirely onto the terrace, with a large parasol of 3x4m, a large outdoor table for family lunches. You will also find 4 deckchairs outside, garden furniture with a small coffee table, a charcoal barbecue and the installation of a wooden playground for children (swings) Our cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster,... - 1 first bedroom with double bed 160 with private bathroom and a bunk bed - 1 second bedroom with double bed 160 cm with private bathroom, workspace and external access Both bedrooms have built-in fitted wardrobes, wall-mounted towel dryers, hairdryers - 1 separate toilet with washbasin - 1 pantry area with vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, broom, mop... This cottage is ideal for 6 people, with family or friends. SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED if rental 7 days min otherwise paid option (see detail in regulation) Tea towels and bath mats included We also provide all the equipment / household products to do the cleaning at the end of the stay if the option has not been chosen.
