Relax and share some laughter seated on comfortable furnishing facing the vast horizon of the ocean. You can walk across the street to gain direct access to the beach. While there, take advantage of our complimentary beach towels, chairs, mats, umbrellas and most importantly the 5 kayaks we have- free to use. Sunrises & Sunsets: Witness vibrant sunsets and golden sunrises over the ocean from within the home or get closer from the beach and the ocean. Dolphin Sightings: Previous guests have shared their experiences on spotting dolphins from the master bedroom, kitchen, main living room, and dining room. Second Bedroom: Equipped with a Queen-size bed complimented for your comfort with fresh linen and towels. Sunroom: Facing the endless stretch of the calm beach and the ocean, this view point includes sun lounges with seating for up to 10 people. Perfect to immerse yourself in the company of your closed ones sharing the beauty of the horizon before you. Dining Area: Extends from the sunroom, featuring a large dining table and chairs seating small to larger groups that also enjoy the stunning ocean views. Living & Entertainment Area: A comfortable lounge faces a 65” Smart TV with streaming facilities, complemented by a sound bar and high speed wifi connectivity. This room does not miss out from the panoramic ocean views either. Well-Equipped Kitchen facing the blue ocean, offers a breakfast bar and counter, Nespresso machine, water kettle, toaster, microwave, rice cooker, induction stove, oven, and refrigerator. Sliding glass door shelves conveniently houses mugs, glasses, and wine glasses, alongside all necessary cutlery and essential cooking items in the drawers. You will enjoy our complimentary coffee, sugar and tea. Ground Floor ———————————————- This level comprises a second central living area, a dedicated play space, four additional bedrooms, a convenient laundry room and the shared bathroom. Games Room: A dedicated space for children and family entertainment, complete with board games and books.The home features a practical separation of living areas for comfort. Parking: A double garage can house 2 vehicles and large driveway can accommodate another 2 vehicles with extra space for a trailer or boat. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the house, double garage, outdoor entertaining areas, 5 kayaks (3 adult / 2 child) and parking to easily accommodate four cars off street and/or a private boat. Other things to note ‒ Enhanced Clean We put huge effort into ensuring our space is clean and fresh, with laundered linens and fully detailed cleaning each time to give you peace of mind. - Accessibility The lower level of the house is fully wheelchair accessible, featuring a seamless layout without stairs or steps, providing easy access to four bedrooms, a children's play area, a family entertainment/living area a bathroom, and a laundry room. In contrast, the upper level of the house is not wheelchair accessible, as it includes stairs leading to the sunroom, living room, kitchen, second bedroom with a queen bed, and the master bedroom with a king bed on the second floor.
