Come rest and enjoy with the family at Cantinho da Bell, a linear, quiet and safe house, located in the Sonho de Vida Condominium Complex, Ponte dos Leites, which is a 5-minute drive from downtown Araruama. 15-minute drive from Praia Seca Lagoon. The entire house is at the disposal of guests, except for an external pantry. Flexible check-in and checkout, to be agreed with the host, according to subsequent rentals. House in a condominium with 24-hour security. The space The house has a private pool with sunshine, chairs and loungers. Gourmet area with countertop and barbecue with all utensils for a barbecue for family and friends; outdoor lavabo to serve the gourmet area, and large backyard for children to play at will. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 suite and all with split air conditioning. Ceiling fan in every house (bedrooms and rooms). Kitchen complete with micro waves, filter with purified water, electric coffee maker, blender, grill, Air fryer and various other appliances. The garage receives up to 2 large cars or 3 small cars. We provide bedding, bath towels and pool towels for all guests. Our mattresses and pillows are all new with protectors. Double beds have a pillow top for better comfort for couples. For children, we provide a stroller, baby bath and high chair. If you need only request the host. We have Wi-Fi in the residence. Retro adult bike and children's bike available for guests' use "only" inside the Condominium. We don't allow leaving the condominium with the Bike. We only accept 01 (one) small pet per stay (please advise). We ask that the Pet not climb on and sleep in our beds, armchairs or sofa. We ask that you bring the pet accessories, including beds and personal hygiene accessories for each pet. We also provide a sunshade, cooler and portable barbecue grill for use on the beaches in the area. We do not make the pool waterfall available. Guests will receive a clean and sanitized house, yard, and pool. For long rental periods, if you wish, you can request “extra” cleaning of the pool and house for an additional cost by checking with the host. Rooms and kitchen have insect protection screens. On the living room TV we provide a retro Gamer Stick with 2 controllers and several games available. Overnight parking on the street is prohibited and subject to a fine from the condominium's management. No smoking inside the house. Smoking only in the backyard. To receive external visitors, guests must request the host's agreement and send all visitor and vehicle details. Overnight visitors are not allowed unless arranged in advance with the host and overnight payment per person. In the reservation, please enter the correct number of people, including children. We will not accept any reservations with the incorrect quantity. Guest access The house is located in the Sonho de Vida Condominium Complex, Ponte dos Leites, Araruama. Guests are allowed to attend the Condominium's Private Club, which has an additional cost and can be authorized for up to 3 (three) guests. In the week of check-in, it will be "mandatory" to send the documents of all guests (including children and babies) and vehicles, to register entry into the condominium and access to the club. Please enter the exact and correct number of guests at the time of booking, including children. We will not accept reservations with a different number of guests. Other things to note The family will find a guide in the residence with the main attractions, tours and shops in the region. We do not rent to groups of young people, only for families. Visitors must be previously communicated to the host and authorized for access to the property, up to a maximum of 6 people (including children) and may not stay overnight. We only accept one (1) small pet per stay.
