It is very easy to catch taxis and access bus/metro stations nearby. • Please do not flush anything down the toilet, including toilet paper. • Keep noise levels low at night. • Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment. • Clean all kitchenware after use. • Help maintain the apartment in good, clean, and well-kept condition. • No smoking, vaping, or drug use is permitted inside the apartment. • Please keep balcony and apartment doors closed when the air conditioner is on. • No pets allowed. • Please do not lose the elevator access card — a replacement fee of $8 will be charged if lost
