Please bring your own. The accommodation provides : Shampoo, Body wash, Six towels 👉 Cleaning Condition We strictly manage and train our cleaning staff. We have four dedicated cleaning staff assigned exclusively to our property — not temporary workers. Since cleaning is done by humans, occasional mistakes may occur. If you find any cleaning issue after check-in, please contact the host immediately. We will visit promptly and correct any insufficient cleaning areas. 👉 Bedding Management All bedding and towels are thoroughly washed using detergent and oxygen bleach, then dried in a commercial-grade tumble dryer to remove hair and dust as much as possible. After setting the bedding, we additionally use lint rollers to remove remaining particles. Despite strict washing procedures, small permanent stains may occasionally remain. If this happens, please let us know — we will replace the bedding with fresh ones immediately. 👉 Appliance Malfunctions Electrical appliances such as the air conditioner, refrigerator, boiler, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, microwave, induction stove, and hair dryer are consumable items and may experience unexpected malfunctions. If any appliance stops working, please inform the host. We will take immediate action. For large appliances such as the air conditioner, refrigerator, boiler, and washing machine, a repair technician may be required, so resolution may take additional time. We will do our best to solve any inconvenience as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for your understanding with a reasonable and considerate mindset. 👉 Room Scent At the final stage of room setup, we use an air freshener to leave a pleasant scent. If a previous guest left an unpleasant odor, we use a professional ionizer deodorizing machine. Please note that scent preference is subjective and may vary due to personal taste and cultural differences. If you do not like the room fragrance after check-in, please inform the host. We can offer alternative scent options. Refunds or cancellations are not possible due to personal dissatisfaction with room scent after check-in. Please request a reservation only if you agree with this policy. 👉 Insects In Korea, from May to October, insects such as mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches, spiders, and moths are common. If doors or windows are left open, insects may enter from outside. We perform regular professional pest control to prevent insects from inhabiting inside the accommodation. According to Airbnb refund policy, a refund is applicable only if two or more insects are continuously found inside the accommodation, as insects may enter due to guest activity. If you find an insect and feel uncomfortable, please contact the host immediately. We will visit, remove the insect, and inspect the room promptly.
