We finished building our home in Conchal on Aug 2019, and we just added a couple of extra rooms and baths. We´ve been neighbors in this area for over 15 years, and this house represents all of our needs and dreams. We are happy to share it with you. It was built with family and friends in the heart, creating spaces to enjoy in groups of people of different ages and characters... there are spaces for every taste and need, and we have included all of our favorite activities as a possibility. The space Three very large and comfortable bedrooms, plus two normally sized bedrooms. Incredibly comfortable bathrooms, lots of cozy places as well as very large dining and terrace tables, and a super nice living room, our home has it all. The house was built to address the heat of the area of Guanacaste, and it´s meant to be open all day long letting air circulate from the main door to the pool keeping it really fresh. Located in the golf course of Reserva Conchal, the fact that it is surrounded by forest keeps it especially private. Air conditioning is provided in every room of the house. Other things to note We offer the house for 10 guests even though there is room for more. In some cases we allow a bit more people, but for a fee. Let’s talk!
