This magnificent penthouse on the 7th floor of a new building highlights the best of modern city living. Enter the apartment door into the entrance area with space for leaving suitcases, shoes and overcoats. To your left is the master bedroom with a kingsize(180x200cm) bed with a hypoallergenic pillow selection and warm hotel duvets. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a spacious shower and washer and dryer free to use. To your right the living room opens up but before that another bathroom which also has a shower with plenty of warm water that never runs out. The living room masterpiece is the big comfortable sofa that unfolds to a queensize(160x200cm) high quality sleeping couch. There is a 43” Samsung smart TV with free Netflix. The second sofa also unfolds to a single (120x200cm) bed in case you are 7 guests. The first terrace has nice lounge furniture, plenty of sun and canal views. Around the corner the open kitchen and dining area is finished in modern Scandinavian design with a white and clean finish. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare homemade meals or host a dinner. There is even a good size wine fridge. The cool red dining table has space for 7 guests and to the right is the exit to the second terrace which has outdoor dining furniture. Next to the kitchen is the second bedroom with a big wardrobe and another kingsize bed but this one can split into singles if preferred.
