5 minutes to downtown & 5 minutes to the tubing companies is just the start. This old-school farmhouse is sitting on ~1.5 acres next to the Blanco River. The spacious country setting makes it hard to believe the proximity to restaurants, bars, rivers and so much more. Relax and experience the secluded environment while playing music on the outdoor surround sound system, grilling & playing cornhole. Oh, and don't forget about the 85" outdoor TV for some evening sports & movies :) The space This property is set up to sleep up to 12 people across the following 8 beds: - 2 King - 4 Full Beds - 2 Queen Pull Outs There is an outdoor fire pit for some fireside fun during the cooler months and an 85" TV with surround sound for some evening entertainment. Additionally you will find two large picnic tables, 8 Adirondack chairs and two cornhole sets. Complementary coffee is provided, along with creamer, mugs and to-go cups. Additionally, you will find a good selection of spices and olive oil for any on site cooking you may choose to enjoy. We have tubes for rent if you intend on floating, please inquire ahead of your reservation if you would like more information on pricing / availability. This property is right next to the Blanco River with easiest access being by road. The river is approximately 400ft from the back deck to the center of the river as the crow flies. The Blanco river is known for fishing & kayaking, while the San Marcos river (5 min away) is known for tubing. Other things to note Security cameras monitor entry to the property & every door entering the home, all are exterior. This is an isolated property that doesn't exactly have neighborhood watch, the cameras are for the safety of the home as well as the safety of our guests.
