Nestled between the Arabian Sea and Pavanje River, it is an idyllic retreat approved by Dept. of Tourism, Karnataka. The space Sagar Darshan, as it's name suggests is a stylish villa facing the Arabian Sea, with lovely views of the ocean. The open expansive layout overlooks the serene waters. Suitable for beach walks, meditating by the sea, enjoying calming sounds of the ocean, this villa is a perfect holiday getaway with close family and friends. When you enter, on the ground floor you are welcomed by a large living room with a smart TV, a separate dining area , a large kitchen, utility room and a bathroom. Step outside to find a porch with a car parking for 2 cars and a private lawn. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms and large balconies overlooking the beach. There is a caretaker available to assist you at all times. For Food - there are plenty of options 1) The kitchen has a 2-hob gas stove, microwave oven, fridge, utensils and crockery/cutlery. Groceries / Veggies need to be bought from the nearby stores. One can easily cook a sumptuous meal for your near and dear ones. Download the More supermarket app and we will provide their contact information to order groceries from them for a minimum quantity. 2) To order from local & nearby restaurants avail the services and convenience of Zomato & Swiggy. 3) On extra pre- payment one can avail the services of cooking help / cook during your stay. Every detail at Sagar Darshan has been thoughtfully designed to be eco friendly while having an ultimate Beachfront experience. Luxury extends to each bedroom with opulent bedding, ensuring a comfortable and stylish retreat. Your front yard is the Arabian Sea with the sand a few feet from the outdoor patio. Enjoy the tranquility and beauty from every angle of your stay. Guest access Ground and First Floor of Villa with 02 bedrooms 03 bathrooms Large Living Room Fully Equipped Kitchen, Utility Room and Dining Table Lawn Area and Balconies Driver Room with fan and attached bathroom (available on additional payment) Essentials: - Bed linens, and bath towels are provided for guest use. - Basic essentials like toilet paper, dish detergent, garbage bags, shampoo / bodywash are provided. - Kitchen is well stocked with a 2 hob gas stove, microwave oven, fridge, mixer, pots, pans, utensils, and crockery/ cutlery. -The property exterior, gate and common areas are monitored by cctv. This is a Government requirement for security of all guests. Other things to note Base Occupancy: upto 04 pax Maximum Occupancy:06 (including children) The correct number of persons should be updated in the booking itself. Address proof ids of all guests (Drivers License/ Aadhar Card/ Passport Copy) should be provided before check in as per the Local Government Requirement. Stags/ Bachelor Groups (College Students are strictly not allowed) not allowed. Parties and Events are not allowed. 1)Our check in begins at 2pm until 5pm. Check out is from 10am-1030am. Any extension by an hour is subject to availability and needs to be confirmed with the host in advance. If any further extension, then the same is chargeable at Rs.15000/- per night, as we potentially will lose the Booking for that day. 2) This is a beach side property, very close to the ocean. Please do visit the beach only during the day time and not at night time. Little children should be held while on the beach and not left alone as the currents can be very strong depending on the weather. We don't suggest swimming or doing water sports in the deep sea, and better to contact the local water sports centers for snorkeling, swimming or surfing activities. Mukka beach is a public beach so one must be aware of the regular Do's and Dont's, and access is at one's own risk. Since Mukka is a fishing hamlet, there are fish drying factories along the coastline and one can occasionally get the smell of fish due to the draft of the sea breeze. 3) Remember to bring along short eats, milk, groceries, veggies, bottled water, juice etc as there are no supermarkets or stores (commercial activity is not permitted) on the beach. The shops are 1.5kms away so do plan your vacation in advance. 4) The caretaker comes to clean the villa once a day for about 1.5-2 hours. They do not help in cooking, wash utensils or do personal laundry. Please speak to them separately if you wish for them to help with cooking, on extra payment, which they can do only in their spare time. 5) The beach house is very close to nature and unlike a city property is exposed more to nature's vagaries. It is not a hotel. It's our vacation home, so please take care while using the gadgets and facilities in the house. We ensure that all gadgets are working but on rare occasions due to weather corrosion if any gadget suddenly stops working, we will try to have it fixed during the day or working hours. Incase it requires a technician, it will take 24-48 hours (working days) for them to fix it. This could happen in any home, so we request your patience and understanding. 6) The beach house comes with a UPS back up for essential lights and fans. Power cuts are few but we do have the back up ups for the same. Being eco-friendly, there is solar water heaters for hot water facility in the bathroom. Please be mindful while using the space and amenities and treat it like your own home. Please use the resources judiciously. We are always there to assist you and guide you.
