Newly-built cottage on horse farm

Cozy cottage of 15 square meters with spacious south-facing terrace. View of pastures and the farm's pond. On the property, there are Icelandic horses, cows and sheep. The cabin lacks water and drainage but has other values that enrich the stay. Such as proximity to nature (beech forest) and wood-fired sauna. On the farm, activities are conducted with riding school and tour riding with Icelandic horse. It is possible to book for horseback riding in connection with the visit to us. The farm is the last one at the end of a gravel road. Here you can enjoy quiet and starry nights. The space The cottage is beautifully situated adjacent to pasture and overlooking pond. Here you will find, among other things, a double bed as well as a sofa. The cottage is insulated and heated by radiators. Toilet and shower are located in two nearby buildings. The stable building is 150 meters from the cottage or in a common area 20 meters from the cottage. The latter also has a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining area, board games, play area for smaller children and sofa with TV. Bed linens and towels are brought or booked for SEK 75 per person. Bus and train stop 700m from the farm. Borås about 25 minutes by car. Badsjö 2 km. Beech forest next door. Guest access You rent the cottage for yourselves and have access to common space. On the property, there is a wood-fired hot tub by the old sawmill. You are free to use this for the duration of your stay. Bring your own firewood or buy from us for SEK 100/well-filled bag. Other things to note The car can be parked just outside the house or in the parking lot next to the riding house. Cleaning is not included, leave the house clean and tidy.
