Beachfront Country Cottage Getaway

This unique beachfront property is a 1908 country church converted into a charming cottage. The space The church offers a large and comfortable space for enjoying time with family while offering the amenities of home. Situated on a large, beachfront property with acres of space for the family to play. There is also a large deck and screened-in gazebo overlooking the ocean. Further, there is ample space and internet service should one or more of our guests need to work during their stay. The beach is private and sandy and the water is the warmest north of the Carolinas. Guests may use the fire pit on the property or on the beach. Summer rentals (mid June to Labour Day) are weekly only from Saturday to Saturday. Sorry, no exceptions. PET POLICY (no exceptions without the host’s prior, written approval): While our listing is “pet friendly”, this is subject to the following conditions. One pet per booking. Note that this includes any visitors of the guest. The pet must be clean and well-behaved and, while being leashed is not a requirement, under the owner’s control and supervision at all times. Pet must be kept off furniture, including all beds, and suitable bedding must be brought for the pet. Pet must be well-socialized with other dogs and people, otherwise this property is unsuitable for your group. Guest will be charged back for additional cleaning and repairs required because of the pet. The pet fee will be reimbursed to the guest within 5 days of your departure if there is no additional cleaning required because of your pet. PLEASE NOTE: This host no longer participates in or acknowledges Airbnb’s review process because it is broken. It is also recommended that you book this property on Cottages in Canada which does not charge the guest additional fees. Guest access Internet, private sandy beach and warm ocean water, firepit. Other things to note This property is suitable for family groups. 10 people maximum including children. This is due to a number of considerations, not the least of which are septic system limitations and legal liability concerns. Note that there is an additional charge PER PERSON PER DAY for groups larger than 5 people. Any changes to the booking must be approved in writing by the host, including number of guests.
