Spacious studio-style accommodation with a queen bed, large private bathroom with walk in shower and bath, perfect for soaking those muscles after a long day exploring the area. Microwave, fridge, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities. No kitchen available. Access to a private courtyard with views of Mt Roland, nestled in a quiet street walking distance to the town centre of Sheffield. The Studio located at the front of the main house provides a comfortable and stylish retreat for visitors. The space The Studio sits inside the house and is located at the front of the property. Guests access the accommodation via the front door which is solely for their use using keypad entry. I (the host) live onsite separate to the studio via an interconnecting door which is locked, i access my part of the house via the garage ensuring not to interrupt you during your stay and I am always available should you require. Guest access Access is keypad entry to the front door, solely for guests use whilst staying. As guests you also have exclusive access to the courtyard which the studio overlooks. Other things to note STRICTLY NO SMOKING - if you are found to be smoking on the property you will be asked to leave and forfeit your payment. No charging of EV’s is permitted at the property, there is a charging station at the Tourist Information Centre located 600m from The Studio. This property is not suitable for infants or children.
