Magnolia House by the Park

Among picturesque gardens with a backdrop of Benalla Recreation Reserve, our gorgeous mid-century modern 3 bedroom (4th bedroom bungalow), 2 bathroom home is a celebration of open plan living, poolside relaxation and family fun. A burst of colour with stunning original artworks to admire, our beautiful property enjoys the warmth of a fireplace, the coolness of a solar heated pool and a fabulous rumpus room with pool table, air hockey and foosball table. Secure undercover parking. The space We are a bit biased. The beautiful sense of space heightened by the towering ceilings, huge proportions and the picture windows make it more than a place to stay, its a memorable holiday destination haven. We love how the gardens fills every corner of each window bringing the everchanging colour inside, while remaining private. The blue screen door is a pop of fun at the entrance that leads to a welcoming entry foyer with its keydrop, decorative breeze block shelves and love seat. You’ll be in awe of the wealth of space accentuated with modern railway pendant lights in the open plan living space with its sumptuous modular couch overlooking the 75in smart TV and fireplace, the 8 seater dining table, bar stools, the delightful study nook and the impressive kitchen with its 900mm Smeg stove, coffee machine and stocked pantry. On the other side of the foyer, the bedrooms are private and quiet, including a huge bedroom suite with sublime king size bed, wall of storage and chic ensuite (large shower), a 2nd bedroom overlooking the rear garden with a queen size bed, and there’s a 3rd kid-friendly bedroom with a double bed with single bunk over and a 2nd single bed, plus plenty of toys, a wall-hung TV and room to play. The main bathroom is equipped with a shower and vanity, plus there is a separate 2nd toilet. The laundry is fully renovated with hamper drawers and a combination washer/dryer. You’ll enjoy the security of an automated gate to the oversized double carport, which gives you room to securely park your car with trailers, if required, however it’s good to know that we are on a corner block with wide parking bays along the road. Beyond the parking area, is an awesome rumpus room with cinema seating to watch the TV, a pool table that converts into an air-hockey table and a Foosball table, for endless fun. There is also a 4th bedroom with queen size bed available. You’ll love the gabled roof over the alfresco patio with its outdoor dining table with bench seating, barbecue, patio heate, firepit and wicker style lounge setting, where you can watch the kids play in the fully tiled solar heated pool. If sitting by the pool is your thing, there’s a banana lounge next to the pool, catching all the sun’s rays. A secure lawn area is perfect for your furry friend to stay, and you can explore our vegie gardens for some home-grown produce to add to your home-cooked meals. We use environmental-friendly ZeroCo shampoo, conditioner and soap products. We also have 4 bikes to hire (two adult, two children). Please make an enquiry if you’re interested. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, Bungalow and Rumpus room, except for locked cupboards and storage areas. There are 3 CCTV cameras on the perimeter of the house for your safety. Other things to note Our place is surrounded by parkland, which can attract beautiful local birds and wildlife. We do have resident magpies who likes to be fed. We are walking distance to most Benalla highlights, making it a super convenient place to stay.
