The space Bedrooms: The spacious and comfortable primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, will ensure a good night's sleep. In addition to the master bedroom, we also have 2 rollaway twin beds that can be brought out into the living room for parties of up to 4 people. You’ll find all beds outfitted with plush, hotel-standard linens to ensure a perfect night’s sleep. The fully equipped apartment is exclusively yours, offering modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. Bathroom: Brick & Balcony includes one full bathroom, stocked with basic essentials to get you ready for all of your Colorado adventures. It provides a tub/shower, toilet, and stand-alone sink. Common Areas: Step into a space bathed in natural light, thanks to large windows that showcase the loft’s beautiful exposed brick and ductwork, adding to the authentic urban ambiance. Imagine starting your mornings with a coffee on the private balcony, soaking in the vibrant city atmosphere. Additional Spaces: For your convenience, there is one dedicated onsite parking spot just for you. Guests will also have access to onsite coin-operated laundry in the building's basement, making longer stays more comfortable. Guest access This rental is a lofted apartment with secure access via our SmartLock system. We kindly ask for your consideration and respect for privacy, as all other units in the building are occupied by long-term tenants. Guests also have one dedicated onsite parking spot, as well as onsite coin-operated laundry. PLEASE NOTE: This property is not handicap accessible and does require two sets of stairs to get to the Loft. Other things to note Disclaimers: - This property is professionally managed by Urbanize. - The renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking. - Must be 25+ years old to reserve at Brick & Balcony. - The HVAC in the loft runs a little loud, including in the bedroom. Please consider this if you are a light sleeper. - Common areas outside of the loft are all maintained by the building owner, but if there are any issues we will get them addressed ASAP.
