The 300 sqm main house has 4 double bed-rooms and 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite), 90 sqm open living/dining/kitchen space, a separate 20 sqm TV lounge, 50 sqm office and a large (partially covered) terrace opening to the newly landscaped garden.
