ABOUT THE APARTMENT Our second listing is a fully equipped one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment spanning 65 square meters. Conveniently located on the ground floor next to the elevator, it offers accessibility and ease of use. Thanks to the building’s orientation, the apartment enjoys varying levels of natural light throughout the day. For those who prefer a dim ambiance, we’ve provided blackout curtains for added comfort. LIVING ROOM The living room features an L-shaped sofa and a couch which can easily transform into double bed. For entertainment, there’s cable TV along with a smart TV stick, offering a variety of local and international channels with excellent audio-visual quality and smooth performance. Behind the dining table, you’ll find a bookshelf filled with a diverse selection of books catering to a variety of interests. KITCHEN The semi-open kitchen and entrance hall area, which can be separated from the living room by a door, is both spacious and functional. It features a wooden island worktop and a storage shelf, and it’s fully equipped with appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and juicer. There is also a modern reverse osmosis (RO) water purification system for drinking water. This advanced multi-stage filtration process reduces sediment, chlorine, odors, heavy metals, dissolved solids, and significantly minimizes bacteria through a high-quality semi-permeable membrane; resulting in clean, clear, and better-tasting drinking water. The purified water comes from the slim faucet located right next to the main kitchen tap. BEDROOM The bedroom features a comfortable queen size (160x200 cm) bed, along with wardrobe for your belongings. Additionally, there are drawer dressers: one stocked with spare towels and linens for your convenience, and the other left empty for your personal use. For those who enjoy light exercise, we provide a yoga mat, dumbbells, a balance board, and a twist board to help you stay active. Traveling with your baby? We have a portable travel cot (70x110 cm) and high chair. Upon request, these will be set up and ready before your arrival, in order to make things easier for your family.
