This is for the issue of a Guest Authorisation Form to gain access to the building while you are staying. Pool access for guests is charged at P150/day, P300/holiday. If you would like to go for a swim, you can purchase pool coupons at the management office located on the ground floor of the building. Parking Please note - I do not provide reserved parking however, there is a pay parking available in the complex. Open 24/7. I will try my best to facilitate an earlier check in time if you require however, if I have guests checking out on the same day as you check in, I do need time to make the Condo spic and span for your stay.
