Private room for 1-2 people in a new warm townhouse. Very peaceful and central, this town house is located at the heart of Wainuiomata. Shops, eateries and supermarket are just across the road, and the playground, scooter park and BMX park are right next to the house. The house is very peaceful, sunny and with a private back patio with views of the hills. The space The bedroom includes a double-size bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a desk and an office chair. Guest access You will have access to your own private room, the main bathroom, a separate toilet, the kitchen and living area, the back patio, and the laundry room. You will share all the common areas, including the main bathroom, with me and my cat Skittles. Every other week my kids (well-behaved) will be there, so the common areas will be shared with them as well. Please reach out to me before booking if you want to find out when my kids will be there. The bedrooms are upstairs so take this into account when you have heavy suitcases to bring into the house. During your stay I am a quiet and introvert person. I will leave you as much space and privacy as possible, but if you need help during your stay please call me or text me. If my kids are there, they tend timo spend most of their time in their room. Other things to note While you have the ability to drive up to the front door, to bring in heavy items such as suitcases and groceries, parking for visitors is along the main road, about 50m away from the property. I also have a friendly and gentle cat called Skittles. He will be shy and hiding away at first but when he warms up to you, you might see him snoozing on his chair in the living room or staring out at the birds. Breakfast is not included.
