The house is very cozy and well located, 100 meters from the beach and very close to the center of the city, with very accessible markets, bakeries and restaurants. The internal rooms of the house and the living room have air conditioning and the edicule has a fan. The outdoor environment has a barbecue and garage for 3 medium-sized cars. The house is on a quiet, well-lit street and has an alarm and electric fences to ensure safety. The space The house has 2 bedrooms. One suite with a double bed and another with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, with a single mattress between the beds. Both have air-conditioning. In the main house there is a common bathroom, a living room with 3 sofas, a table with 6 seats and a kitchen open to the living room by a counter. In the annex of the house there is a suite with 1 single bed, plus an extra refrigerator. Outside we have a barbecue grill and a stove and a garage space for 3 medium-sized cars. Guest access If the number of guests is up to 5 people, the edícula will remain closed. If we have more than 6 guests, we leave the cottage open. We can provide extra mattresses if you have more than 6 guests. Other things to note The Internet is CLARO fiber, 120 megabytes, and is the largest amount available for the city and the only fiber, that is, we offer the best service available, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no instabilities, especially in times of greater movement in the city.
