The space Welcome to our beautiful and comfortable apartment named Refugio de Paz, is perfect for a fantastic stay in Quito. It’s full equipped and also has a parking area for one car which has an additional fee per night. It's situated in a great location in the city, near malls, shopping centers, Parks and restaurants. Its colonial architecture center is not far from this comfy apartment, with direct access to historical sites and close transportation lines. Have fun exploring Quito's amazing culture as tourist places such museums and churches that are less than 20 minutes away. Guest access Enjoy full access to the apartment, enjoy the quiet and coziness of our place. We have parking available for one car, there is an extra cost for that depending on the days of the stay. Other things to note The apartment is located in a safe area, near a mall El Jardin and 5 minutes walk to la Carolina park. Its location provides easy access to the Trolleybus, or public transportation. I have recently added washer and dryer, the host will explain how to use them, if you have any questions please call the host. There is a doorman at the building Monday through Friday from 10am to 2:00pm To avoid misunderstandings I would greatly appreciate it if you read carefully the house rules on this listing. If there are more than 2 Guest per stay we will add 10$ fee extra for cleaning. If parking is needed extra fees will apply depending on the days of the reservation.
