Well stocked kitchenette (coffee, tea, milk, creamer and cereal) with microwave, fridge and induction plate (sorry no stove). The living space has a private entrance and gated designated parking. Comfy high quality queen size mattress and fresh high thread count linens ensures you a great night sleep. Although the apartment is attached to the main house you will have complete privacy - but your host is available for any needs or concerns. Steps from the Ojai Trolley stop and hikes or a short drive to downtown Ojai this corner house has everything you need to experience Ojai like a local. We are pet friendly and are willing to make all possible accommodations for Service Animals, Peta and Emotional Support Animals however the yard is not suited for dogs to be off leash. Guest access Private attached ADU with private front door and private gated parking. Although the ADU is attached you will never see our hear the residents of the main house, unless you have a need or concern. Private outdoor space lends itself to sipping coffee by sunrise or enjoying meals under the oak canopy. You will be steps away from hiking trails in the Ventura River Preserve and the Ojai Hike and Bike Trail. The space has a kitchenette equipped with kettle, microwave, induction hotplate and toaster so you will be able to prepare some meals although it does not have a full kitchen. Other things to note Well stocked kitchenette with some cooking capabilities, but there is no stove so please be advised. Coffee, milk, non-dairy creamer, a selection of teas, breakfast cereals, and snacks are provided in the cupboard. You will be welcomed with a nice bottle of local wine and Ojai Cookies. When using the hotplate please utilize the portable vent on the counter.
